How to Use Litbuy: Step by Step
The whole agent flow is five steps. Litbuy's job is steps two through five; your judgement matters most at step one and step four.
1. Find the item
Litbuy buys from Taobao, Weidian and 1688. You can paste a raw marketplace link straight into Litbuy's search bar — or start from a card on this spreadsheet, which already carries the link for you. Every card here opens the exact listing on Litbuy with one click.
2. Place the agent order
You pay Litbuy the item price plus a service fee. Litbuy's buyer purchases from the Chinese seller and the parcel travels to Litbuy's warehouse, usually within 2–5 days for in-stock items.
3. QC photos arrive
The warehouse photographs your actual item. This is the only moment in the whole chain where you can reject a problem for free. Compare against the listing, ask for extra angles if anything looks off — weight for hoodies, insole centimetres for shoes, a running video for electronics. Warehouses do these on request; the category pages here list exactly what to ask for.
4. Approve, then consolidate
Approved items sit in your warehouse locker (typically free for a storage window) until you group them into one international parcel. Consolidation is where agents save you real money — one 2 kg box ships far cheaper than four 500 g envelopes.
5. Ship and track
Pick a line by speed/price trade-off at checkout; tracking updates flow through the Litbuy dashboard. Customs handling depends on your country — Germany-specific notes live on our German customs page.
First order advice: start with something under $40, run the full loop once, and only then trust the process with a big consolidated haul. That is not caution theatre — it is how you learn the rhythm of QC timing and shipping quotes with nothing at stake.
