What actually matters here
Tees are cheap enough that people skip checks entirely, which is exactly why the collar trap works. A wavy collar in the QC photo is not a photo angle problem — it is a rushed cut, and one wash cycle makes it permanent. Flat-lay photo, collar in frame, or skip.
The other quiet cost is print placement. A graphic printed two centimetres too high reads as 'off' in every mirror photo you will ever take, and you cannot fix it. Compare placement against the brand's official product shot at the same zoom level before you approve.
